The challenge
Photoluminescent inspection of silicon blocks requires measurement data to be translated into spatially clear inspection results and usable lifetime models. The software also has to work reliably with the installed measurement equipment.
Our contribution
Symmetrix developed and integrated the machine-side software workflow for photoluminescent inspection and lifetime modelling. The delivery also included on-site software upgrades, calibration, commissioning and end-user training.
